Apps that need admin rights are not considered portable since they can be used only at home on your own PC, but not while underway, at work etc.But even here there are some exceptions, e.g. Some system utils as defrag etc. Which are not portable too, since such system apps need admin rights by the nature of the job they have to do. They can be used at home only.Sure, at home I can get to admin rights every time, but then there is no real reason to use portable version, I can well install the original too.
